My experience on my last field trip was terrific, is my best field trip ever, visit 4° region in especific (Coquimbo, La Serena, Ovalle, Monte Patria).
We went for the subject of analysis and environmental assessment, the trip lasted 4 days, we stayed in a boarding school in the interior of Monte Patria, we conducted a recognition of the cities of Coquimbo and La Serena, along with professors from the University of La Serena, review issues of land management, urban planning and natural hazards.
We also visited the forest national reserve Fray Jorge is a wonderful place in an environment of low vegetation, vegetation type is Valdiviana. The sector is among the coastal mountains and the sea.
The last day we visited the beach Guanaqueros, seafood lunch and enjoy a few hours swimming in the sea.
We also met the reservoir La Paloma, but only spent around quickly and we had the opportunity to pause, to observe the landscape and features in greater detail.
We met some grape vines and grape packaging for export to foreign markets, also they gave us very delicious grape.
When we came back to Santiago, we stopped and had lunch at a local, cheese empanada and papaya juice very typical of the place, I went back to Santiago with energy and desire to finish the semester in good shape.
